Britannica School has an excellent article with linked additional articles on the Columbian Exchange. If you do an advanced search the article will be more extensive. Remember that in Britannica, you can search on either an intermediate or an advanced level, and within each article you can adjust the reading level up (to a "3") or down (to a "1").
