• Write ONE word per sticky note that you associate with social media & how it makes you feel about yourself.
• Write at least 3 words in total.
• Post these words around the room.
• Take a moment to do a quick gallery walk of the words on the walls.
• Choose one word that you did NOT write but that resonates with you. Take it down.
• Form a group with 2 peers. Share the word you took down and why you chose it with each other.

1. A sentence or phrase that really resonated with you (you found it to be true or you really agreed with it).
